RED Concepts’ client, a media and technology company, owns the former McAfee office at RichPort Business Park, since April 1. The 4,672 m2 building will be our client’s new head office, making it the second building at RichPort that RED will manage for them.
The office building is being redeveloped into an office campus. To realise this, we have entered into a partnership with E=MC2. Their working method is completely in line with that of RED; inventory, visualisation and realisation, where the customer is central and unburdened. The project manager of E=MC2 works in the building, and follows all developments on a daily basis. Our colleague Koen can also regularly be found there.
The office campus will be completed in August. Our client will then enjoy an inspiring ‘game themed’ working environment with, among other things, a game room, phone booths, a restaurant in the basement and a roof terrace. The interior will not only match the look & feel of the company, but also the gaming industry and the wishes of the employees.
